1. Introduction
MiPhaWell AI Inc. ("MiPhaWell AI," "we," "our") respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website or interact with our technology. This policy describes our current practices and areas that require further confirmation.
2. Scope
This policy addresses our public website, contact and demonstration request forms, and publicly accessible AI Assistant features.
MiphaCare clinical research and MiPhaOne neuromodulation research may involve separate privacy, ethics, contractual, and institutional requirements. This website policy does not replace those requirements.
3. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, organization, inquiry details, and AI Assistant messages.
Website hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs.
4. Contact and Demo Requests
Information submitted through our demonstration request form is used to review inquiries and respond to requests.
Form submissions are transmitted through our website's email-handling system. Email and hosting providers may process information necessary to deliver and retain these messages.
5. AI Assistant
When you interact with our AI Assistant, your messages and AI-generated responses may be stored in our application database, together with contextual information and timestamps.
AI Assistant requests may be processed by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic. Depending on the features used, information sent for processing may include information entered by the user and available patient context.
Please do not enter identifiable patient information, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information into public demonstration interfaces.
6. Research and Clinical Information
MiphaCare is a clinical AI research and evaluation program. Research data handling is subject to applicable institutional approvals, agreements, and safeguards.
MiPhaOne is a neuromodulation research and engineering program. Its public website materials describe research concepts and are not clinical treatment services.
7. How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to inquiries, operate our website and AI Assistant, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, and evaluate service performance.
8. Service Providers
We use technology service providers for website hosting, infrastructure, email, and AI processing. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
Provider-specific privacy terms, processing arrangements, and applicable data locations remain subject to review.
9. Data Retention
AI Assistant conversation records are currently stored in our application database. Our investigation did not identify an automatic expiration mechanism for the inspected conversation collection.
We are reviewing appropriate retention periods and deletion procedures. We do not currently represent that all conversations are automatically deleted after a specified number of days.
10. Security
We recognize the importance of protecting information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. Our security practices and access controls are subject to ongoing review.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Privacy Requests
Individuals may contact us to ask questions about their personal information or request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements and verification of identity.
